100% inaccurate.Manhattan Buckeye;1654488 wrote:If you wear yoga pants in public, you are naked in public.
This. Although, I will say... as a parent of daughters and a teacher, it is very disturbing to me that parents let their children wear these things. I took a group of kids on a field trip to a college, and the HS boys were foaming at the mouth as they watch the college aged girls walk around in yoga pants. I just rolled my eyes. College is one thing, but for parents of school age children to let them wear these... head scratcher.rrfan;1654531 wrote:As long as women know who should and who should not ware them. So what do you think of the volleyball teams wearing those super short tights? I always laugh each year when school starts and they harp on girls shorts being too short and such, yet allow the VBall team to wear what they do!ernest_t_bass;1654539 wrote:This. Eh, apples to oranges.thavoice;1654553 wrote:So what do you think of the volleyball teams wearing those super short tights? I always laugh each year when school starts and they harp on girls shorts being too short and such, yet allow the VBall team to wear what they do!

I'm with you on this one. I hate them. I see them on track kids also. No modesty what so ever and schools are allowing them for underage kids.thavoice;1654553 wrote:So what do you think of the volleyball teams wearing those super short tights? But they should be banned from being worn in Walmart. The wildabeests that think they can pull that shit off need to wake up.rrfan;1654531 wrote:As long as women know who should and who should not ware them. Also, know we will check them out if they do...
True, but they are somewhat closely related. Sports sanctioned sport played at the school and they are allowed to wear something that is basically like underwear.friendfromlowry;1654563 wrote:Eh, apples to oranges.
I disagree with this. Yoga pants/tights are fine IMO, as long as they cover their ass. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed gawking on Michigan Ave... I just don't get how women feel comfortable going out in public like that.Manhattan Buckeye;1654595 wrote:Yoga pants are for the gym, and only the gym.
Did see something a year or two ago about a school that no longer allowed cheerleaders to wear their uniform to school during the day because it went against the dress code.ernest_t_bass;1654598 wrote:While it is apples to oranges, I do find it funny and oxymoronical that schools ban yoga pants (rightfully so), then put their volleyball players, cheerleaders, etc. out there in basically the same thing.... incredibly tight clothes.
I don't get it either. I've known my wife for 22 years (God we are old), and had 2 arguments. One involved her wearing yoga pants on a grocery store trip. I could pretty much see her entire rear end, and if looked hard could see genitalia. It can be appropriate for the gym, but not in public.ernest_t_bass;1654601 wrote:I disagree with this. Are they Asian women, LOL?Automatik;1654597 wrote:MB complaining about hot women in yoga pants. Not surprised.
So the basketball shorts I wear on a daily basis should ONLY be worn while I am playing basketball?Manhattan Buckeye;1654595 wrote:Sports attire are for sports. That's a stretch, and you know it. We're talking about revealing clothing.wildcats20;1654618 wrote:So the basketball shorts I wear on a daily basis should ONLY be worn while I am playing basketball?
So is the blanket statement sports attire is for sports.ernest_t_bass;1654620 wrote:That's a stretch, and you know it. We're talking about revealing clothing.
