Hopefully Hamilton gets sent down to AA until Sept of 2016.....he's just not ready.

Hannahan and Brett Marshall to the 60 day DL. Does that mean they had to take someone off the 40 man roster?

I had to look it up. I'm not into baseball hardly at all....but as opening day hits, I won't miss too many pitches.

The Reds will open the season carrying 12 pitchers and 13 position players, with the roster breakdown as follows:
Pitchers: Homer Bailey, Bell, Nick Christiani, Tony Cingrani, Johnny Cueto, J.J. Hoover, Mike Leake, Sam LeCure, Manny Parra, Partch, Alfredo Simon, Logan Ondrusek.
Catchers: Barnhart, Pena.
Infielders: Zack Cozart, Todd Frazier, Brandon Phillips, Neftali Soto, Joey Votto, Ramon Santiago.
Outfielders: Bernadina, Jay Bruce, Billy Hamilton, Chris Heisey, Ryan Ludwick.
