I guess I'm arguing for the sake of arguing but for you to say that any dog is 100% predictable seems just as ignorant as what isadore is saying.

Edit...because I thought Wildcat was talking about dog breeds, I'm also talking about dog breeds.

ok it is and correct, a toddler could tease our hounds' ears, pull on tails and they won't respond negatively to children. They are trained, and trained well. I trust them more with kids than I trust myself.

BTW good luck this weekend, rooting for all ACC teams (except Duke)

Even so, I'll take the breed that is 95% predictable rather than, say, 75%. Obviously, just making up numbers there, but it's reason I would never own a pit.

I'm just giving myself the satisfaction of negging him every time he uses the full "gosh a ruddies" in his posts. Because that grinds my gears.

Goldens, Labs, and if trained properly hound dogs (beagles, american foxhounds, etc.).

We had to leave two behind but living with the one we have, completely harmless. And loves children. We aren't anti-pits, but we realize that there is a thing about them - they can be unpredictable and aggressive. I wouldn't want our children around a pit bull.

I'm not sure how useful your personal anecdotal evidence is MB. All it means is that you trained your dogs well.

"I guess I'm arguing for the sake of arguing but for you to say that any dog is 100% predictable"

is why you go to a shitty law school like Arizona, and not Virginia, even though we are both #1 seeds in the big dance.

My dogs, will never, ever hurt children.

I guess it makes you look even worse then, MB, that you went to such a superior school and proffered such an inferior logical argument.

Yeah it makes me looks worse, I have good dogs that don't harm people. And you brag about Arizona law, are you working at Cravath this Fall?

Stop trying to dick measure MB, I'm not getting into it with you because I'm not a big enough douche (like you) to care. So don't expect a response after this one.

You shouldn't, because you advertise Arizona Law. What was your GPA, 1.9? You actually put your law school down as you avatar? That is near Cooley standards.

Back to the point of the thread, train your dogs well but there are breeds that are a bit more challenging, the Pits are one of them.

I don't think it would be hard to know which breeds are referred to here. Look at any bite list on the interwebs and you'll see certain breeds absent from all of them.
