That very well may be, he wasn't a very good route runner and that might have something to do with the fact he has only been playing the position for 3 years. When he does get the ball in his hands he is very tough to bring down and is always looking to make a big play, not just catch the ball and get on the ground.

Yep, I'd for sure like to see Barnes succeed. I grew up 15 minutes from BG and have always followed them.

Barnes will get a chance...someone will use a late round pick on him.

I think he can be a solid possession type receiver in the NFL because of his hands. He won't be a gamebreaker, but he can play on Sunday, IMO.

Did the NFL scouts close their eyes so as not to see Barnes? Or are there rules that they can only scout 1 player at a time?
