Bradley shouldn't be playing. He's bad. And he used to be one of my favorite players too. He's lost a step and can't complete a fucking pass in the midfield anymore.

I defended him over and over, but I'm done.

Get rid of him.

If he isn't fired I don't know if I can continue watching this team. Just terrible.

Hate hearing it, USSF searching around for options. First option is Arena. Yuck.

Jurgen Klinsmann has been fired! Thank God.... only bad news is Bruce Arena is the likely replacement.

Just a retread hire. Wasted the potential of that 2006 team.

Well, people got their wish in getting JK fired. Jermaine Jones said it right, "we let our coach down...and it got him fired." Schoolboy mistakes in the two Hex games has nothing to do with coaching.

Arena has done nothing when MLS/USSF has handed him everything at LA to win MLS trophies. Absolute mockery of the USMNT system. Same guy who's complained about dual-nationals is now our coach...again. USMNT doesn't progress with dual-nationals, but he has no problem signing over-the-hill internationals to try and win MLS. Hypocritical and a farce.

This has set the USMNT system back. Arena has done nothing to progress the system.

There's no one, anywhere, who looks at the current structure of the US Soccer system and says, "I'll go there and coach/manage that, it appears to be in a great position for many years of global success." Jurgen was brave to try it, bucked the system and got spurned. MLS/USSF wins out in this one while the rest of the US Soccer public loses.

No progress in 5 years has everything to do with coaching. The senior team was moving backward, if anything. Numerous unprecedented losses the past 2 years.

Thoughts on this?

I'm glad he was canned, but I don't think Arena is the answer. I don't know how you can watch that Costa Rica match and say coaching wasn't a factor. It was horrific.

That's a good article. It sums up a lot of my feeling on why I thought he should have been fired. I also agree with you guys that Arena isn't the best but he is probably the best we can get at this point.

I wanted him out after the Jamaica loss, inexcusable. They he acted like the Confed Cup was meaningless.
