What about that total CLOWNSTOMPING of Notre Dame? It was fucking glorious.

Waiting for reps from sleeper for the use of clownstomp and ND in the same sentence.
But the game was in doubt in the 2nd quarteR?!!?

His play led to the creation of the term pancake block. He was definitely a great player. I'm not saying you don't think that, I'm just saying. It's hard to judge linemen IMHO because they don't really have stats you can compare. At least not like skill players.

I love the inclusion of Harley on this list. It's too easy to only list players that you've seen play but that leaves a lot of great players out.

Is it too soon to put JT on this list? I realize it was only one injury shortened season, but it was truly one amazing season.

Is there any chance someone could list the Mt Rushmores of each school?

Having a really tough time choosing between Tatum and Harley as my fourth. On the one hand Harley could be considered a "founding father" of OSU football. On the other, Tatum was one of the best collegiate defensive backs of all time and I appreciate good defensive backs more than I do any other defensive position.

Not sure if this was posted somewhere on here before....
Michigan Stadium may be known as "The Big House", but when it come to attendance at home games...they are only second best....ugh no, now third.

The Ohio State University topped the charts in NCAA attendance figures this year, snapping a 16 season Michigan run.

The average attendance at "The 'Shoe" this year...106, 296.....1100 more than #2 Texas A&M.

OSU Rushmore?....if you include ALL and not just talking modern era....then you have to put Hopalong Cassidy and Les Horvath on the mountain next to George and Griffin.

Harley's name is etched in stone on this Rushmore. The other three can be debated.

Well it's in the news so it's a distraction. Especially since he's denied it up until now. Just wait a few more weeks.

Yeah who gives a fuck.

I've only seen BM transfer talk from Bleacher Report, which can be taken with a grain of salt. I expect Miller to leave and will have no hard feelings if/when he does.

Highly doubt it is a distraction to the players. It is a player who hasnt played all season. They are busy game planning, practicing, doing a few things in New Orleans, playing video games and the like...they arent much concerned about a player who would have a hard time getting his job back next year as it is.

This. He'll have given Ohio State three great years and graduated. Not much more you can ask. I'm sure it's not what he or anyone expected for an end to his college playing career but I doubt many Buckeye fans will hold it against him.

I don't care that he leaves, but I would hardly call 6-7 a "great" year.

Don't disagree and assumed someone would comment on this. But OTOH he won Freshman of the Year in the conference so individually it could be considered a great year.

Oh my God! Every single time they run a promo about Ohio State in the bowl, they have to show that obese dude who paints his face half scarlet and half gray. We're playing and SEC team and I can assure everyone there are more obes Alabama fans than Ohio State fans. How the hell did we get saddled with this Jaba?

Next year's team will be ridiculous.

QB - Miller/Barrett/Jones
RB - Elliott/Samuel
WR - Thomas
WR - Marshall
HB - Wilson
TE - Vannett
LT - Decker
LG - Price
C - Boren
RG - Elflein
RT - ??? (maybe Chase Farris?)

DE - Bosa
DE - ??? (probably Lewis or Holmes)
DT - Washington
DT - Schutt
LB - Lee
LB - Perry
LB - McMillan
CB - Apple
CB - ??? (Conley or Reeves)
S - Bell
S - Powell

Bold = returning starter

You will be hard pressed to find a team that returns more Starters, or a team with fewer question marks.

I've been saying it all year... next year is the year to watch-out for. This year has just been icing on the cake.
