I enjoyed it. Didn't love it, but the story and performances are good.Automatik;1834342 wrote:Seeing Arrival tomorrow. I've heard good things!

Split.
6.2 out of 8. Interesting. Messed up. A little funny. Nice cameo at the very end.

Saw Dirty Dancing in the theater last night. 10/10 perfection. An American classic. RIP Patrick Swayze.

Funny dichotomy with Dirty Dancing.Fab4Runner;1834866 wrote:Saw Dirty Dancing in the theater last night. 10/10 perfection. An American classic. RIP Patrick Swayze.
I don't think I have ever met a woman that wouldn't rate it at least an 8 or 9 out of 10 and most a 10 like yourself.
I don't think I have ever met a man that would rate it higher than a 2 out of 10.
Every woman I know in my family loves it, no man would ever want to watch it a second time.

Man of Fire:Solid 6.4 out of 8. First time I have seen it.
We also ran through the series on netflixx called Stranger Things the last 2 days. Pretty good and it is coming back next fall for a second season. Solid series based in the the 80s and filled with different references to other shows/movies at the time.

Saw Hidden Figures last weekend...9/10. Wouldn't be surprised to see it knock off LA LA Land for Best Picture.

Lion - 9.8/10
Best movie I've seen in a few years. Being adopted probably gives me some bias, though. Interested to see what those who aren't adopted thought of the film and whether it made them cry as well.

I had never heard of it prior but then again I dont sit my ass in front of the boob-tube like many of you young whippersnappers. Who are you going to follow around and troll all the time when I am gone?SportsAndLady;1836100 wrote:Do you seriously think we've never heard of stranger things?

Adderall Diaries - 7/10
I saw some pretty harsh criticisms, but I didn't think it was that bad at all. In fact, I thought the end worked pretty well, and they struck a nice balance with it.
Plus, James Franco is the perfect cast for a drug-addled role. Dude always seems to look like a meth head (perhaps why his role in Homefront worked so well).

Hacksaw Ridge 8/10
Some of the acting was....odd. I couldn't take Vince Vaughn seriously. But the movie was great.
