I've not seen it, but whenever I see someone reference the 50 Shades movies, I think of this video:

Manchester by the Sea, 7/10
Pretty depressing movie but a very good and accurate portrayal of grief and loss.
Great acting all around.

Coming here to post this as well, and I agree. 7/10 seems about right range, highly enjoyed it.SportsAndLady;1838762 wrote:Manchester by the Sea, 7/10

I liked it a lot, but damn was it sad. I think I originally rated it like 8.5/10, and I'd stick to that upon reflection

Concussion - 6.5/10. Better than I thought it would be. I still hate the Steelers and their hillbilly fans.

The Shallows, 7/10.
A nice, under 90 mins, turn the brain off shark movie and Blake Lively looks really good in most of it.

That's pretty much all I look for in such a movie.

The Lego Batman Movie - 7/10. It was funny and cute, but I liked the original Lego movie better.

Watched Moana the other day (and every day since pretty much) with my 3 year old. It's really good actually, catchy songs. 8/10

Same boat here. It's a nice break from Trolls and Angry Birds, though.

Just watched Snowden. I am surprised by how much the govt surveils us. I know they have recently built a giant data center (in Utah?) to store all the info they collect but apparently I didn't pay attention to the fact they get their info directly from the source. (Skype, Google, Microsoft, etc...)

nocturnal animals 7/10. Personally, I think It would have been better if it were just the whole book as the movie without the in between stuff.

I haven't watched it yet but I don't see an award winning movie when I see the clips.Classyposter58;1839767 wrote:Moonlight is so overrated. Was pretty let down by it
