The one I had started out like this. It moved from back to front and thought my insides were being ripped a part. They gave me percs and did an ultra sound and said it should pass in a few days. They told to fish it out of the toilet when i pass it so they could do some tests on it. They told me to piss through a coffee filter to see if I could catch it. I did and the small size of it (the stone, that is!) made me wonder how something that small could cause so much pain. It did have some jagged edges, though.
