Please tell me if there worse than the utter horror I have experienced the last 3 times I have ordered from there.

The crust is so dry and horrible they must include a dipping sauce to make it edible. I do appreciate the solo pepper they include in the box it actually is hot an good. If there is worse please let me know this is about the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen pizza's from the grocery store are much better and I am not counting DiGiorno pizza which is really pretty good.

They should change their advertising to "So dry we include a dipping sauce for our awful crust."

Pizza Hut?

I've always had a good experience from Papa Johns - and no I'm not from Louisville. I suppose any chain can have some off days. In our experience Papa Johns is one of the better ones. Certainly more dependable than Dominos or the Hut, speaking of the latter I'm surprised it still exists outside of airports.

Really? The crust is horribly dry I prefer the over grease of pizza hut. The sad part is there are frozen pizza's for 3.99 better.

Papa John's isn't bad compared to some. Domino's is solid these days.

Pizza Hut is far and away the worst.

Yes dominoes was not great but better than papa johns by a slim margin. Maybe it is just my local store but, I doubt it the crust is horrible too dry

Pizza Hut is the worst. It's the white trash of pizza. Papa Johns is terrible, though.

I am fairly new to Akron and have not had Luigis. Angies from Barberton is really good though but they do not deliver :(

Papa John's crust is bad. Don't ever order their breadsticks. you need a five gallon bucket of their dipping sauce to make them edible.
