Being Scot/Irish I was looking for my roots few years ago on a trip to the UK, Scotland and Ireland on business. I’m fine with blood pudding and blood sausage but the Haggis made me balls shrivel beneath me kilt man.

I never back down from trying different foods whereever I go but Haggis made me rethink.

Abalone, Pigs in Blanket, Stuffed Peppers, Ham loaf, Carrot Mariana, Turkey Bacon, Turkey Sausage and all the other foods I dislike …. Haggis is all of those combined really

My cousin made some vegetarian dish was suppose to be lasagna but it wasn't lol

I have tried several disgusting things in my life. Lamb fries, rocky mountain oysters(both hog nuts and bull nuts), calf brains, beef heart, lamb heart, deer heart, haggis, liver from deer beef chicken and lamb all disgusting, deer kidney and cow eye ball. I also tried some raccoon, ground hog, opossum, beaver, bear, gator, elk, snake, and crickets.

Tripe, a little chewy for me but I can see why some like it.
horsemeat (on a salad none the less in Italy). Tasted like jerky. Not half bad.

Some of you have mentioned pig ears.

I tried them in Taipei. Not impressed, unless you like chewing on latex.
