I like to try new foods. Recently I tried beef heart and deer kidney for the first time. Beef heart is delicious! Deer kidney's oddly remind you of mushrooms, they're pretty good. What are some of the strangest foods you have eaten?

If I get a chance to get...and it's reasonably priced, I'll get escargot.

oxtail (which is really good but pretty fatty), escargot, pho with all the fixins (tripe, tendons, rare beef), the usual woodsmen shoot-whatever-moves fare. Opted for some expensive ass chilean sea bass once but it was worth it

I'm pretty sure I had some sort of dog or cat in Thailand, it was really good mystery meat served from a cart in the street.

I've been to a few wild game feasts, not sure what all I've ate there.

I've had white pudding, but will never eat black pudding.

Don't forget about frog-legs...I coat them in a little lemon juice for a half hour. Then pan fry them (just like you would do fish).
