I thought Lebron could opt out this summer but isn't a FA until after next year?

Lebron is definitely not coming to Cleveland, never thought he was despite how confident lhslep and ohiobucks were with their "inside sources."

Also, yes COA I have noticed, and are you really surprised?

Opting out means he is a FA

I know that. What im asking is doesn't he still have 1 year left on his contract if he wants to play it out?

I think he actually has player options for the next 2 years.

Correct. All 3(Bosh, Wade, and Bron) signed 6 year deals, with the final 2 years being player options.

No, he has the player option to opt out and void the contract.

Playing pretty well so far. A win against Portland would be huge.

This is one of those games they just need to try and stay close and then steal it at the end. You feel Portland is too good to be able to actually "beat" them on the road.

Cavs have won 4 of their last 6 and are almost right on pace to win 32 after a horrible first third of the season. Nervous yet, Tearnan?

As bad as they've been, to go west and get 3 of 5 is a great trip. Regardless of teams they played.

After todays Monster game from Varejao, I really do think they need to pull the trigger on a deal for him, before he gets hurt, because we all know its coming.

Dealing Varejao would give us another assest, maybe a pick, plus free up playing time for Anthony Bennett, who the team needs to find out if he can be productive given regular minutes.

The Cavs had no business winning a game down 24 at home but they got completely jobbed by the refs when narrowing the deficit. Then Jarrett made sure they had no chance by bricking a free throw then missing a wide open Irving on the inbounds

Should be pretty nice around here when you're gone for 30 days when the browns don't hire mcdaniels.
