He didn't specify what "I won't be back" really means. So Tiernan won't be back, but a new poster who happens to post the exact same way will show up. Unless he has a "brother" who hardly ever posts, but all of a sudden becomes reasonably prominent, in which case that might happen.

Automatik you're one of the few mofos on here I respect...I really thought I was pulling a major in yo face stunt on some Clevebirds, I knew all my "fans" would scream bloody hell but I wasn't prepared for the flashback from some others like yourself. If you think it's "welching" I will disagree but take the punishment.

So long assholes from Cleveburgh I'm gone for 30 days as of now. I hope some of you choke and die during that time.

If you go back and look at the posts involving the bets I'm almost going out of my way to say "30 Days" with no reference to consecutive but the little dimwit and his cohorts were too clueless to pick up on it. Plus I did everyone a favor...from now on all bets will be more defined b/c of the "Tiernan Clause". So if youre gonna do it dipshit...do it today (and) I'll tell ya what...I won't be back.
Lol. This post was pretty coherent for having tears coming out of your eyes while typing it.

Rock Knutne immediately tried to renege on a bet after losing...and it got site-enforced.

CC cheap-skated out of a $20 obligation in a pool and got negged to nothing and his avatar replaced by a $20 bill by site mods.

Now, Tiernan is trying some "didn't read the fine print" tactic, which totally isn't in the "good faith" way of handling bets of this nature, but is confident that he'll be an exception to us stepping in.

I applaud his completely misplaced confidence, but yeah... So, the deal was to be enforced at the end of the regular season, right? Just to get things clear.
yes. Don't let him take the easy way out by self imposing the ban now. That's on him if he decides to.

At least they're still playing hard. Only trailed Boston 89-58 after the 3rd tonight.

Yeah, who gives a fuck if your professional basketball team shows any professionalism. The fact that nobody on this team has any heart is one of the biggest problems they have.

Hilarious to bring up ping pong balls with 2 games left, as if if they're suddenly going to drop back into the top 5 by losing. You were probably one of the people still hoping to get the 8 seed ten days ago. If they wanted to tank, which they should have, then they should have blown it all up, which they still should.

I wanted them to make the playoffs. But now you might as well get the highest pick you can. Who knows how many of the guys on the current roster will be here next season

Playing around on ESPN's mock draft/lottery machine. Whenever the Cavs came up in the 8-12 range, they had us taking McDermott...thoughts?

Whenever we were in the top 3, they had us taking Parker from Duke. Not sure I would like that if we are in the top 3.

Any interest in the college guys, Kevin Ollie or Fred Hoiberg? I think Ollie could get something going with Kyrie and Dion.

Kevin Ollie won't be coming to Cleveland.

He's too big a name for this job, right now. He's the "it" coach, he will hold out for a better job.

Would I want him in Cleveland? yes Is he realistically coming to Cleveland? No.

Cleveland is probably the worst available job opening at this time could argue with the Jazz, but with jobs like LAL, NYK, and GSW all open, they seem like the odds on favorites to land Ollie, if he decides to come out.
