Guys who are just scorers will be good in the long run because they will have their 30 point nights, but for our scoring I think someone like Payton should have even his worst games be 20+ points.
Exactly why I picked Isaiah Sykes as my 3rd pick over some other guys...

That would be pretty awesome. I'm getting into this now, because I had no idea who 2/3 of these guys were before a week ago, lol. Now I'm looking up stats and getting guys ready. It also helps to love to gamble and be really competitive, haha.

By the way, these new conference affiliations are confusing the hell out of me. I chose Russ Smith from Louisville and this whole time I was thinking my Big East pick was done lol fuck

Frazier was my next, haha. Plug his pre-Achilles injury numbers in and he's a top 10 pick.

you don't need to take someone from every conference. Those are just the conferences to choose from.
but the new conferences are killng me, too.

Yeah like Mulva said I think you're confused about the conference stuff haha. You don't have to take a player from each conference. You just have to take guys from those 12 conferences and then the 1 wildcard can be from any other conference.

Anthony Drmic, G-F, Boise State.
Hoping for some big scoring games out of this guy.
And yeah, Tim Frazier had some huge numbers pre-injury. Like 18 6 4 and 2. Kicking myself for letting the injury sway me. He'll probably be huge this year.

The risk with Frazier (aside from health) is that penn state blows. If the championship is during conference tourney week he'll be a one and done.
Never too early to start looking ahead haha

Then I definitely made the right call by taking a player from perennial post-season power St. John's instead. Ha.
Hoping the Johnnies will live up to their talent for once. They have it and could be good. The key for that team is whether or not Steve Lavin remains in good health.
You bring up a great point, though. That's a big factor in this and not one that I have been following very well.

For the record, I hate the championship being championship week. Seems very unfair. We should make it like fantasy football and have it during "week 16"...

That was a negotiable part. I wasn't sure when the draft would be done, but I suspect we will be done before opening night. Therefore, we can start the season with games starting November 11th. The number of weeks doesn't matter since it's going to be a roto style scoring, so if anyone wants to brainstorm a decent schedule I'm down for whatever. Do we want to just have the whole fantasy league based on just regular season games? Other than the WCC and MVC, all of the leagues we are taking players in are going to be having their league tournies during the "2nd week" of Championship week. Maybe we can just have it end the week prior.
The only issue is there is, your teams in the MVC and WCC are going to have potentially more games in the same time span because their championship games are going to be during the final week of the regular season.
