Post-season baseball is back in Cleveland, and the Tribe are red hot. Winners of 10 in a row, they take on the Rays who have been equally as good over the last 2 weeks.

Danny Salazar will take the mound for the Tribe in hopes to extend the post-season past the 1 game Wild Card. He takes on Alex Cobb, who I consider to be the Rays best pitcher in 2013. Gonna be tough, glad we got the home game.

Perhaps he can channel his inner Jaret Wright and come up with a gem. It might just take that.

Cobb has been excellent for the Rays. He has given up more than 3 earned runs in only 3 starts all year. Pretty impressive.

But the game is in Cleveland where the Tribe have been tough to beat and gritty as hell. I cannot wait.

I was shocked. He hasn't done well against Texas in his career. They've actually stood in our way the last two times we were in the playoffs so I was glad to see us get past them. Feel good about Cobb starting this one. Haven't seen much of Salazar but from what my Tribe fan friends tell me he's pretty impressive. Jaret Wright in 1997 came to my mind too when I saw that a rookie was starting. Should be a good one.
