Thinking about taking our two upgrades and getting the 5s and then re-selling on ebay. I think I would be able to make some nice money doing that.

And keep your current phone under contract?

Yeah. We both currently have 4s and they are fine for us, if need be I can always buy an iPhone 5 off ebay as those should come down in price once the 5s and 5c are released.

Sprint has a decent "Buy Back" policy.

I'm eligible to upgrade so a 32gb 5S is $299. Sprint will give me $140 for the 4S. So an extra $160 will show up on my next bill and the phone will be mailed to me.

Decisions, decisions...

Ya. I've been loyal to Sprint for over 10 years now. But it is so unbearable any more that I am ready to ditch it for Verizon.

Sprint fucked around with WiMax for too long and now they're really far behind. Even T-Mobile is making them look bad.

Sprint would be awesome if they had better coverage here. Verizon is more expensive, but they have great coverage in my area.

That's basically the story everywhere.

It's basically goes Verizon > AT&T > T-Mobile > Sprint

Having phones from all of them for work, I would definitely agree with that...at least here in the Cincy area.

To switch providers? No chance.

For the most part, my service is fine here. Unlimited everything for $80ish. I'm staying.

Verizon does dominate here, but not worth it to me.

One of the things that has always scared me away from using a site like Gazelle.com to "sell" your phone is personal information. If you use, say, a mobile banking app, I don't want someone potentially "buying" my phone and then "hacking" it to find all my passwords, sensitive information, etc.

Thoughts? Is this truly something to worry about? Is there a simple solution/answer?

Wipe the phone before you ship.

On Android phones, it's usually Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset

Those of you who already have the beta version of iOS7... what are your favorite new features of it?

You're paying too much for the worst carrier in the United States. Other carriers would perform better/faster for comparable price
