Sometimes I have been driving a little under the speed limit without realizing it and it's only when I get passed that I look down and see the speedometer and realize I was going so slow. I try to wait until the other person has completed passing me before I accelerate though. What really ticks me off is when someone passes me, then drives slower than I was. If you felt the need to pass me, then drive faster than I was once you do.
