Religion is by nature discriminatory, otherwise I could just walk in to a Mosque and say I'm Muslim, or go to a Synagogue and declare myself Jewish. That isn't "bigotry", nor is any religion that acts on its own beliefs with respect to the actions they don't agree with bigotry.
