Michigan promptly offers a 3* in-state DE. I may have to take a break from Michigan football for a while.

You won't, Webbie, 'cause unlike some of these posters on here, you're a true fan (damn, did I just say that???)

The best part is his mentor said he chose Alabama because it gave him the option of being an elite football player AND a place he can go into civil engineering. LOL Yeah right. He got paid.

It's partly true. Michigan told him he couldn't do engineering and football because the engineering program was too intensive.

Ok. So if you don't decide based on that, next is football. Alabama, or Michigan?

Football >>>>>>>> alabama
Education >>>>>>>>>>>>>UM

I know hand said education was very important. But what kids don't these days. It almost always comes down to football. He certainly didn't pick bama for their 120th ranked engineering school over UMs top 5 one.

$10 says he ends up being a leisure studies major like 99% of the football team. At least Michigan was honest with him.

He's black; not sure I've ever met a black person with parents more than 20 years older than them.

I'm certain it was football too. But then Michigan eliminated any potential educational advantage by pushing him away from engineering.

Most likely. And same would have happened at Michigan. Which is why they should have just let him start out in engineering.

That's why I said that, it was 100% a football decision, the education stuff was just drivel.

Impressive performance by the Wolverines, blowing a 14 point lead to Iowa. Outgained by the Hawkeyes 407 to 158 is pretty damn good lol. Seriously though Hoke is a joke, that is all. Terribly coached team that might get anally raped next week raw
