I heard from her friend that she was with the other guy Friday. And I questioned her about it bc it wasn't even 2 days after we took a break. She said they were friends and then they kissed that night. I can understand she probably felt lonely I get that. I asked her how she knew him and she said she knew him
Before we met which I knew was a lie and then I asked her if they talked while we were together and she said no so I checked the cell phone bill and she had been talking to him for 2 months now.,

Yeah I know. I did push her away the last 2 years. I blamed her a lot for my failures and picked dumb fights. I think it's mainly this guy is giving her attention and she's not used to it because I've been kinda a dick to her the last couple months. We're going to counseling tomorrow for my daughters sake to basically get closure and to get along for my daughter

That's all I'd focus on anymore. Being a good parent for your daughter.

This is the point I am trying to make. You WON'T be able to stop her from bringing men around your daughter. Even though that is something that is going upset you, you can't legally stop that from happening. Especially since you aren't even married. That is why I am trying to tell you that IF there is anything that you can due through counseling to help salvage the relationship now that you need to try that. You will have to put what has happened with your baby mama and this dude behind you and move forward. Otherwise, you are in for MANY MANY years of your daughter being around your ex with other guys with you being basically helpless to stop it. If you think things are complicated NOW with this relationship, it is bound to get more complicated. It takes a mature man to swallow his pride and REALLY try and make an effort to make things work. Well a little update on this... We went to some counseling sessions and such and we were hanging out a little but trying to work it out. She told me she cheated on me when we were together back in May. She was completely honest about everything so I kinda put it to the side and said we can work it out it doesn't matter we had our issues in the past and let's forget about it and start over. Everything was going good until I found out she was still seeing this other guy that she starting seeing a couple days after we broke up so I told her she needs to end it completely with him or I'm done and she agreed and then the next day she hung out with him and I basically told her to fuck off and we are done. Were still being civil with the whole custody shit. We are splitting 50/50 with no child support or anything like that and keeping it out of courts. I've talked to a lawyer in case she wants to blind side me with anything. (Would be a bad mistake on her part). But the best part is I went to her cousins Halloween party last Saturday and banged her cousin. It was a nice big ole fuck you.

Even would be to bang her sister and/or her mother.

Cousin has gotta be worth some points though.
