...as for the Lindor discusssion. I definitely trade Lindor for an bona fide Ace that I can control for 4+ years....if you could make such a deal. LOL. But I don't want Sale. After watching him pitch the other day, I'm convinced he's Tommy John waiting to happen.

Bullpen needs to get fixed.

How much do you give up for help? Jesse Crain is sure to be available from the ChiSox, as well as some others.

5-5 after a grand slam and homerun back to back. There was no reason to let ubaldo stay in after the bases were loaded.

And the pen continues to blow...

I'd make a serious push for Jesse Crain.

Very little. This is not a team that will make a deep playoff run...even with a stronger bullpen. They are playing for a wildcard spot and they don't have the talent to win multiple series in the playoffs.

Bullshit.

On paper, sure. But it's baseball, wildcard teams always have a shot. Get in and see what happens. Even the best teams in baseball lose around 40% of their games.

????

I didn't say they don't have a shot. They don't have a good one though.

You asked how much would you give up for bullpen help. I say very little.....some but very little. They team is barely an above .500 talent team and has been since week one when they had a solid performing bullpen.

Ok I can get behind that.

If they think their chances at the playoffs are low, don't give up a lot. But I personally think Crain can be had for VERY little. He is a 7/8 inning guy in the pen for a shit team.

But that's just me. I'd give up some mid level prospects for him.

Wildcard spot? the only way they make the playoff is if they win the central.

I don't view that as a lot. I also don't think Crain is the key to a World Series run. I do think he could, help the team, however.
