Negative. I moved down to this single mother welfare/food stamp collecting "village" from the Cleveland area 11 years ago. Since the move I've had my house spray painted, along with my garage, a tire stolen off the back of my Jeep Liberty in the middle of the night and a break in at my garage in which my girlfriend was attacked with a baseball bat. Never had an issue in the Cleveland suburbs.
Oh, and the neighbor kid down on the corner feels free to whip out his dick and piss while oncoming traffic passes by at his leisure. His "mom's" too busy texting whichever guy she's gonna screw this week.
