Get fitted for the frame size at a bike shop. Next search Craigslist for something used your size and find a hella' deal.

Just got back from crossfit. No running for me.

I keep telling myself I'm going to get a bike and ride around downtown, especially at the canal, but I haven't yet. Fall would be a great time to ride.
