Anyway, what about foam rolling? Lately I've been getting very sore after leg workouts and finally decided to give it a try. I've been doing it nightly just to get in the routine and holy shit, it hurts like hell.
If anything, I think I'm doing better now. Late spring and summer just has so many damn distractions, with weekend camping trips, Rock on the Range and so on, where I'd go four days and wind up taking 5 off to recuperate from the weekend. Now, I'm doing a consistent 6/7 days routine with the only potential "misses" being the few Saturdays with noon Buckeye games.

My friend recommended Trigger Point.

I got the 13" but I kinda wish I got the 26.

Had a minor surgery and docs orders...6 weeks off lifting. I'll probably push it at 4-5, considering I'm fine, but it's been brutal! My sanity is tested when I can't lift.

That would drive me nuts.

Probably why I'm in over 20 FFB leagues haha. Was off work 2 weeks and essentially listened to FFB podcasts and did drafts the entire second half of August.

Doing a new series from Mens Health a 60 day shred. Pretty nice so far, about a week in. Basically a shorter version of P90X.

I got a free 3 week trial. I think it's only like $40 anyways. So far I like it so I'll probably just buy it.

While the info is beneficial, you could have figured that out on your own without dropping $40.

Not bad though, I've known people to get scammed out of A LOT more than that.

If you'd have just paid Belly a ham sandwich and listened to three rambling, nonsensical Obama diatribes, he'd have taught you his revolutionary techniques that the world NEEDS TO KNOW.

Does your water have some sort of religious value to it?

Well, if it's a fake placebo sort of remedy, you could directly compare it to religion, if that's what you're asking.

3 days away from full Dr. clearance!

I've literally been depressed off and on since this surgery.

Good to hear you're on the way back because I can feel that pain. Just shows how much I've gotten into the whole "daily workout" routine, because the thought of taking an extended forced hiatus would about drive me insane, I think. Not just for the working out part, but because it just kickstarts my day now. Gets me motivated and ready for work, burns nervous energy so I can focus better and all that stuff.
