I do both, but when it's warm I have more opportunities to do sprint workouts.
I see much better results for my body when I consistently do sprint workouts over long distance running.

I wish 95% of people would do either fucking one. It's sad to go out in public and see how pathetic most of our society has become. Whenever I walk into a Kroger and go down the aisles, it's like a traffic jam with 400 lb, middle-aged people riding around in motorized carts.

Yeah, I think the problem with fast food is mainly in its portion control with the way it's sold. You get a meal (because it's a value) and you're getting close to an entire day's worth of calories in one sitting. I eat at McDonalds from time to time and I'm in good shape. You just have to be conscious of what you're getting. I won't get more than 600 calories worth of stuff there but I like to go just for a change from my normal diet.
