Burning calories is about how much heat your body PRODUCES, not how hot you can get it. Your body burns more calories when you work out in the cold, because it is working harder to produce heat.

All those benefits you listed you can achieve much quicker from simply working out. I wouldn't waste 15-30 daily minutes of your life in a sauna if thats what you are looking for. I do think it feels good to be in a sauna, but I just rather use that time to work out. The only time I ever use a sauna is in the winter to get a little warm before I work out.
