I don't disagree. I'm also not sold on him as their closer. He's way overused and he's been far better than his career numbers say.

You get the feeling that the Reds have absolutely nothing in the tank offensively. The Pirates are hitting bombs to the wall while the Reds can't make contact.

How big was Dusty's decision to pitch LeCure Friday night with a 6-run lead in the 9th? He's now unavailable today. You're also playing a man down with Phillips out.

The Pirates lose their SP in the 1st inning, yet the Reds basically have a 23-man roster today.

A semi-decent throw had him at the plate too. He wasn't even at 3rd when it hit Jay's glove. A forgettable defensive game for Bruce today...

We may have to change things up a bit....I'm 10-4 but I think 3 of my losses were ridiculous losses in which Latos pitched. I may refrain myself from starting game threads when Latos pitches....regardless of the streak.

Thoughts?
