@twithersAP: #Indians promise to reach out in future to "last night's fans and make it right."

5-0 so far. A 2 run homer for Giambi, as well as a base hit rbi, and a 2 run homer for Drubs. End of the 5th inning.

Good Ubaldo is so much more fun to watch then bad Ubaldo.

I am thankful he has been around more this year. Hopefully he keeps it up. Although, Footwedge probably want him to suck more often so he can post again.:laugh:

Starting to get a little ugly here. Wind blowing and sky getting a little darker.

Such a true statement. Good Ubaldo is one of my favorite pitchers to watch. His breaking ball is nasty.

Shutout through 8 for Ubaldo. I imagine he won't be coming out for the 9th. But great pitching today from him.

And thanks to Drew Stubbs' big day, he is in line for the win!

Ubaldo has been pretty damn good in 4 of his last 5 starts. Maybe he's getting it figured out.

It sucks that Kluber didn't get to finish last night. His stuff, in the 2 innings he pitched, was dominant. Could have been up 2 games in the series.

Good to get the win today. Looks like we'll still be in 2nd for now, though.

Swisher took some nasty pitches for balls. I will admit, I thought some of them were strikes and he shouldve been K'd. But a damn good eye on about 5 of the 7 imo.

Hopefully Z-Mac can shut them down again tomorrow. Hellickson can be worked if you let him throw pitches. Dont give in, work his pitch count and get to the pen.

Stubbs is great at what he is. A lock down corner out fielder who bats 9th.

Iffy defense costs the tribe 2 in the first....no errors, but 2 plays that need to be made

Reynolds really screwed up that DP. And Bourn should have made that catch. could easily be 0-0 right now instead of 2-0. Offense gotta pick them up.

Also, its sunny and white clouds out right now. So what the heck were they talking about Friday night? Other than late last night there has been no rain. I can't believe people can be "meteorologists" and be completely wrong MOST of the time.

I love when Santana bunts to 3B when the shift is on. Heads up baseball. Of course Gomes then hits into a DP but oh well.

Agreed. If he shows that he can do that....maybe the shift will go away
