This is ignorance... PSN has improved so much and will continue to get better, and has arguably become the better deal. And nobodies personal info was stolen during that hack, and if you think Microsoft couldn't have the same thing happen to them, you're foolish. They also hacked the US Government's website and had a flash game playing on it for quite some time before it was finally taken down.
Stop living in the past. Microsoft only changed it's terms on the Xbox 180 because they were getting taken to the woodshed by Sony post E3. PS4's are outselling Xbox 1's 2:1 on Amazon, and it's similar everywhere else.
Microsoft obviously oesn't care about the customer and IMO, they already said "F" the gamer and will likely do so again in the near future once the 1's customer base if established... After all, Microsoft wants to play big brother, so all it'll take is a simple firmware update to reestablish those previous policies.
