Xbox or ps3 so far? Sony will be doing final unveiling at e3 next month...

I'll prolly go ps3 but this looking nice so far!

What I feel from intro press conferences is that the PS4 will be more gaming-focused, while the Xbox One will be more entertainment-focused

Overall, after watching this, I think this is the one I'm going to go with. I'm not as much a hardcore gamer anymore so the integration with live TV is just as, if not more, important. Hopefully it doesn't sacrifice gaming TOO much though, as I still like to get some of that in from time to time.

When it comes to multimedia, not having HBO Go (or Xfinity) is a huge knock on the PS3. Plus, I think the Netflix PS3 app kind of sucks.

I'll stick with the Playstation.

I don't care about talking to my TV. That's weird. I have a remote for a reason... sorry, but leave that novelty shit to Nintendo.

I probably won't use the voice stuff, but the integration with live TV is interesting and could be really interesting in coming years.

That said, for someone looking for a console to play games first, and everything else 2nd, the Xbox One probably falls short.

It won't affect anything that EA is releasing for the PS3 (or PS4 for that matter). EA and the NFL may have some exclusive contracts with MS but they're not dumb as hell to leave out half the market.

That's part of it, they mentioned integration with NFL fantasy football during the reveal, but also things about exclusive content (which weren't talked about in detail). I hope they make some things interactive while you're watching (on-demand stats, replays from different camera angles, overlays, etc).
