probably just Boston with it being Patriot's Day and having the Marathon going on. Guessing its all just to be extremely cautious but they just said the usaf will be flying jets over the city in case of air space violations.

They said the secondary explosion is typical of overseas terrorist attacks where they try to do more damage by drawing responders in to the first blast before a second, bigger blast.

Also not that impressive considering some of the runners ahead of him had their legs blown off and did not get to finish the race. The kid from Van Wert realistically probably finished somewhere between 20 and 30.
