Terrorist foreign or domestic, delusional individual and mentally ill individual have now been giving a new venue for violence against innocent people. Violence can’t be prevented with gun bill agenda, new laws, restrictions of American rights … the prevention of terrorist violence and senseless murders start with the society that can protect itself, address the issues without the political correctness bull****, get involved without fear of legal retribution, Government enforcing the present laws and getting back to basic set forth in our Constitution. Political agenda that continues to try to control the law biding citizen and fails to address past failure of Senatorial and Congressional legislation (immigration, boarder security, visa status and hate / special groups investigation) will only provide terrorist type individual additional opportunities for more violence.
Counter-terrorism experts have known this for years.
Since 9/11, sporting events have always been a big red flag.
Hell, I did a paper at OSU back in 2004 on security aspects for terrorist events at football stadiums for one of my CT classes.
And, you can go way back in terrorism, sporting events have been linked to terror, 1972 Munich, and even in literature, Tom Clancy Sum of All Fears.
So, this is nothing new.
Only now the U.S. is catching up to what the rest of the world already knows.
