People dead and being carted off missing limbs. Other than that few injuries...

Where did you read that??? No news outlet I see is claiming more then 10 injuries. And none have said anything about anyone dying.

The video of the explosion is crazy. One runners just buckles and drops. Just looks so awkward.

An explosion that size with that many people around had to cause a lot of casualties. Awful shit. I'm not looking forward to hearing a final death count.

CNN reporting authorities are at mandarin(sp?) hotel where there are two suspicious packages.

Former Huddler Fire ran the marathon today. Still waiting to hear (via Facebook) that she is okay.

The blast seems pretty small when you watch the video. Powerful but small. It looks like its right up against the barrier and it didn't even push it over or knock it around much.

In the still image it looks pretty sizable. I haven't seen the video, though.
