At the beginning of the year I would have never thought this team could make an Elite 8, they have grown and come a long way.

If I'm OSU...I would be hoping that Lasalle wins. Not saying either can beat OSU(I don't think either can) but WSU has a better shot

But if they do..you'd know how I felt losing to VCU a couple years ago. Just have to beat a low seed and a team with far less talent than you to get to the FF and can't do it. Sucked lol

Based on WSU's performance so far, I would agree. My audio feed was pretty much godawful but Skyping the game some final thoughts before I pass out:

1) Matta is a very good in-game coach, made the necessary changes after Arizona opened up hot.

2) Sean Miller is also a very good coach, and AZ was likely underseeded - and even though it is doubtful Mark Lyons will play in the NBA, the guy is a bulldog and would play on my college team any day.

3) OSU might pull this off, not a perfect game but a well-played tough game....

and what did Gottlieb say?

LaQuinton is going to be a 20+ scorer for OSU next year. He's a better shooting version of Deshaun. He can score from anywhere on the court. Of course, he may give up 20 a game defensively...lol!

Amir doesn't even have to make a huge jump offensively. They really just need him to play strong D, and get put backs on the offensive boards.

I agree, but he just picks up fouls way too easily. And he just looks slow and lethargic out there too often.
