See....the hard slap down that caught his hand isn't a foul buy a graze on the arm that didn't affect the shot from swishing is a foul.....the slap down was 5 times more contact.

Don't they have to use one in the first half, or lose it? The TV timeout is on the first stoppage after it hits the 4 minute separating mark. Lots of times you see another 1-2 minutes run off before they get a stoppage after time hits the 4 min mark.
