Good point. To my knowledge, Ice Cube never had a record, and Ice T was pretty clean at least from the time I knew of him.

Just checked out Ice T, and apparently, he was pretty much a straight arrow as well. Per his Wiki: "[In high school] Marrow stood out from most of his friends because he did not drink alcohol, smoke tobacco, or use drugs."

Sounds like the drunk driver is more of a thugger than Ice T.
