So...Haslam said he isnt planning to make any "splashy" FA signings, but also said a QB will be brought in to compete with Weeden. Does that mean drafting one?

The qb competition statement was great. Weeden, you suck. The fact that he has no interest in signing a name player with 46 million laying around is beyond disturbing. What's the deal Haslem? Not sure 100% what Grossi meant. I heard him on ESPNCleveland radio and his conversation didn't state anything regarding a QB coming in. More or less sounded like throwing something out there that might have substance, but probably has zero substance.
