Toledo vs. Utah State
Stanford vs. Wisconsin
NIU vs. FSU <- FSU is basically an SEC East team so NIU has a good chance
Alabama vs. ND
Oregon vs. KSU

I'll try to watch all the games involving Big Ten teams start to finish (or flip back and forth in the case of Jan 1). Other games I'll try to catch most of:

I think a true college football fan can't miss the Cotton Bowl. A&M/OU is not only a rivalry renewed, but both teams are very exciting to watch and the game will feature the Heisman winner.
