Can't wait to see what Bielema, Saban, and Spurrier have to say about Ohio State as well.
Frankly, my friend, I don't give a fuck

Pretty good video. 2:50-3:30 was a bad sequence. The music compilation felt extremely forced and choppy, and I see no reason that Tebow and Obama needed to be shown. They have no association with OSU.

Tebow is a fan of The Ohio State University = GOD is a fan of THE Ohio state University.....I'd like to think that Woody clothes lined God during the 2002 National Championship game....and pretty much told him.....Miami already sold their souls to the Devil.....

As an Ohio State fan I find this funny. If someone turned the Buckeyes in, I'd hope for a similar response. It's pretty bush league that OSU did this and I hope the associated embarrassment prevents it from happening again.

Compliance reported a potentional bump violation to the B1G compliance office as stipulated as part of their probation requirements (report all potentional known violations)

No embarrassment here whatsoever Boogie. I'd like to see Ohio State turn in every POS program in the SEC every chance they get. My suspicion is the coaching staffes know more about recruiting violations than any NCAA investigators do and if they hear of something out of bounds no matter how small, BOOM you're getting turned in asshole. And if it goes against us sometimes, that's life.

I would imagine that schools turn in other schools all the time for these types of violations.

If another school turned in OSU, you guys would be up in arms over it. Especially if it was for a minor thing like calling a recruit when prohibited from doing so. I would be upset about and and I bet most Buckeye fans here would be too.

So you would rather not report something they are required by the rules to report?

Again I'll say it. I have an ex gf who.works for osu compliance. Osu is turned in almost daily over possible secondary violations. Osu also turns in others for possible secondary violations. It is how compliance offices work. This was made to be a big deal only because florida wanted it to be.

If its so common, they could point out that they are - wrongly of course - turned in by other schools. I don't believe schools are turning in one another on a daily basis. Knowing the OSU fan base well, I guarantee if another school turned us in and it were found out, it'd be outrage - and rightly so. Tone at the top is what determines how these types of things are handled by and organization.

You keep skirting the issue. They are REQUIRED to report any known or suspected violations by any member school. Do you want the school to follow the rules or not? It's a very simple question.

almost daily!
she told me this way before any of this came out. It was just in regular conversation. It's just the way college athletics work..really they are helping each other out, but certainly it can be looked at negatively too. that is the nature of the business

Why the hell are OSU fans getting into a fight over this? It's a complete non-story that was blown up by the media. Let it go Winston...

How about the NCAA takes a fucking hike. The rules the have in place are just fucking stupid, I get being against giving players money straight up, but come on OSU was derailed essentially because they had a few players trade autographs and jerseys for tattoos?

Derailed? SMU was derailed, PSU will most likely end up being derailed. OSU was fortunate to be able to pick up Meyer.

Yeah, offseason. This is the black hole time of year for football. Not much to discuss.
