I'm assuming you're referring to the game against tsun, and quite frankly, it was the right play and he was fouled-it just wasn't called. He's the point guard, so the ball needs to be in his hands at crunch time, and the decision is his on whether to dish or shoot.
Also, I'm assuming that your being "fit to be tied" means if he doesn't make the shot there, you're all over him, right? However, he makes the shot, and it's great to see him succeed...I just don't get it.
It's all good though, Terry, 'cause in the end, we're both Buckeye fans, and we just want to see them win
It wasn't just the last shot against Michigan, he missed the last 3 shots and also had a turnover late. I'm also thinking of Kansas this year, Duke this year, Kansas in the Final Four last year. It's like when it gets that late he wants to be the guy to win it, which I admire the confidence, but know your strengths and weaknesses. His strength is not going one on one and scoring on his defender, it's being a menace defensively, making good passes, and leading the team. I absolutely would have been pissed if he missed that shot because he had no interest in getting the ball to anyone else, he wanted to be the guy. He was missing free throws and missed another layup as well as an 18 footer right before that, so he did go into hero mode which pissed me off. It was all forgiven in one shot, but it won't be the last time it happens, I just hope it's the last time this year. I was happy for him that he made the shot because he's a player you love to have on your team, is a great kid, and does everything right.

You're exactly right. Since the ass kicking at Wisconsin Craft is averaging 8.3 shots a game, making 53% of them, scoring 11.7 points per game, and averaging 5.6 assists per game. Before the Wisconsin game he was shooting
39%!!!! His shot selection and flow has been light years better than it was to start the year and I've really enjoyed watching him play. He's great when he's getting other guys involved and picking his spots on offense, not trying to be a scorer like Trey Burke. I love Aaron Craft, I really do, and wouldn't trade him for anyone, but I also am willing to say he has flaws and they can cost the team at times, regardless of all the great things he does. He's got it going on right now and it's a lot of fun, so I hope it continues.
