What your favorite apple?

Honey Crisp is one of my favorite it goes good in make apple sauce, baking, eating then fresh with cheese/cracker

When make apple sauce I use a variety of apples but Honey Crisp are the bulk of the apples used.

I usually eat either Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples.

I like Macs as well. Especially the big ones. I guess the government reclassed these as fruit.

I don't eat apples all that often except in the fall when I eat the hell out of apples from our orchard.

But when I do have apples I don't discriminate, they're all tasty.
