TT with another solid game, and just think he's only 21, so there's so much more room for improvement for him. I really want to trade Andy this offseason. Thompson has really flourished since he went down. I would really like to keep spreights also. He's pretty young I believe 24?25? Something like that. A very good guy coming off the bench.

It seemed like the one blatantly obvious struggle with this team was when our starters had to come out. We had no bench depth. With these 2 guys, it doesn't feel like a negative anymore.

Oh and, Speights doesn't look like he's going anywhere.

Trade. Rape.

I know it's a salary dump but we got the 2 best players in the trade AND a 1st round draft pick. Just doesn't seem right.

Kyrie has to be the player of the week. 40 point game, 35 and now 32 with a game winner. All during the same week he gets his first all star selection and named Cleveland Athlete of the Year. Not bad.

With rondo going down kyrie should get the start for the east squad for the all star game.

Absolutely . There is no question in my mind that if he's healthy he can average 20 in 10 in the NBA NBA top 5 defender

Should he? Yes. Will he? Depends on David Stern's mood.

would you guys want him if healthy?
Only if he has a large supply of deer antler spray to stay healthy!

I think he's a risky investment given his history, so it all comes down to the right price.

Also, imagine Greg Oden staying healthy and being a 20/10 guy. Add to that the possibility of LeBron coming in 2014 with Kyrie Irving and the other young talent already on the roster...

I know it's a dream with some big hypotheticals, but still fun to think about.

Depends on if Stern wants us to have him. My guess is he goes to the CHeat where LBJ probably recruits him. Something the POS never did while in Cleveland.

Only 11 players average 20 or more points. I highly doubt he'd be number 12. With those stats and saying he'd be a top 5 defender you're automatically inserting him as a top 7 player in the league if he's healthy. That's laughable to me.

With that said I don't I'd have no problem with giving him a shot.

I think he absolutely can be a 15 and 10 guy every night if healthy. The problem is, we've never really seen a healthy Oden on National TV so we don't really know his potential. He worked Noah and Horford in the title game, so based on that alone I could see him being a top 10 big man in the league.

Okay, maybe not quite 20.

But in 22 mpg he has been 9.4 ppg and 7.3 rpg. So assuming he is healthy he could expect to be 30-34 minutes and 15-10 at worst.

Also in college at 29 mpg he was at 15.7 ppg and 9.6 mpg. I know, I'm pulling a SoS by bringing up college numbers to make an argument about a guy currently in the pros. But I'm just using it as a frame of reference to help bolster my argument as far as adding on the minutes and coming up with some numbers.

15 and 10 is reasonable. I just don't think he'll ever be able to stay healthy. I hope he is able too though, for whatever team he ends up on.

Well in his last college game he scored a high 25 pts, grabbed 12 boards, 4 blks and a stl/ast each while shooting almost 70% from the field in 35 min. I think that's an excellent baseline for 30 min a night in the NBA. He can clearly do that! /sarcasm
