I sent my iphone back to verizon. Didn't like it enough to not have unlimited data and pay more a month with their new plans.

anyone used both the ip5 and galaxy 3s? i was planning on Iphone but keep hearing 3s is better/faster and that galaxy 4 will be out in march

Galaxy S III has better specs, but in real world tests the iPhone 5 performs faster.

I have an upgrade in November and keep flipping between the two...

Just got my RAZR MAXX HD today. It's a huge change from my RAZR M. But it's really great.

The S3 is huge, its the only reason I picked the 5 over it.

im really debating...i like apple products in general, but i have always had droid phones. right now the size of the galaxy is whats holding me back. i was hoping to see some preveiws of the galaxy 4 to see if its smaller. one big advantage i like about iphone was the camera but ive heard the galaxy camera is now comparable. now i have the htc evo and i really like it so i really dont have to rush to choose. i have sprint unlimited data and it works well and is very fast.

Going from droid to iOS kinda sucked. I used the iphone 5 for about 10 days and didn't like it enough to give up my old droid and plan to keep it.

lol brand new phone. It will start to not hold a charge as long as it used to. My iphone 4 used to go 2 days between charges, now I'm lucky to get through work with only listening to podcasts.

The Galaxy S4 is rumored to have a even larger screen. The S3 is 4.8 square inches compared to the Iphone 5 at 4.0 square inches. The S4 is rumored to be the first full 1080p screen at 5.0 square inches.

I own the S3 and the camera is defiantly comparable, if not better. The camera has a TON of features.

There is really nothing the Iphone 5 can do that the S3 can't. Me and some of my friends all have the S3, and when we get together with others who start bragging about their new Iphone 5, it pretty much turns into that commercial for the S3 with the people showing it off to the stunned Apple fanboys in line. Really the only thing the Iphone 5 has going for it is that it has that cool little Apple logo on it that fools most dummies into thinking that you have the best phone. Apple is a marketing company, not a technology company. They never make the best technology products out there, and they never will. But they make a killing fooling people that their product is the best.

Meh, NFC doesn't seem like a tech I'd get much use out of at this point in time. I don't see my wife and I "bumping" things to each other on our phones, she won't even let us bump uglies.

Same software as what is on the RAZR M right now. The screen on the HD MAXX is pretty big, and bright, and crisp. It is not much thicker than the original MAXX, and the other dimensions are just about the exact same size as the MAXX. Moto just did a nice job of getting rid of the bezel to make the screen bigger.

Battery life is fantastic. Had two conference calls today (one was 2 hours and one was an hour) as well as some casual surfing, quite a few emails, and several text messages and I am down to 83% battery right now.

It's quite different after carrying the RAZR M for the last few weeks. It's going to take some getting used to after carrying a phone with a really small profile.

Gripe with Apple at the moment is their inability to get the accessories out in time. I have one charging cable need another (since they made the old ones useless), also would like the adapter. Ordered extra cable 2 weeks ago, available to ship October 19th. Seriously?
