Really the only thing in that list that would bother me is the built-in battery. Such a stupid thing to do.

I kinda agree with this. Question, how much thickness would having a replaceable battery add? I'm guessing it would add a bit since they would have to add some sort of casing so other internals aren't exposed. I never had issues with the battery on my 3G so I'm not too worried about it, though.

Swype is overrated. It was cool at first but it almost never gets it right on the first try at this point.

NFC would be nice but probably not something I'd use much. Who knows, maybe I'd use it a ton if I had it. Not a make or break thing for me.

SD card would be nice, but again, would probably add bulk to the phone. I won't eat through the 16GB anyway. I don't put a ton of music or movies on my phone.

SD Card doesn't add any bulk. The Droid RAZR is the thinnest smartphone at 7.1mm and it has an SD card slot.

But the removable battery does add a lot of thickness. That's why most OEM's are going to non-removable batteries. Samsung and Motorola have already done it, and HTC will have a phone with a non-removable battery very soon.

I really like the HDMI capabilities on phones now. I never thought I would use it, but now I have access to Netflix streaming in my bedroom by just hooking my phone to my TV and accessing the Netflix app. That's also really nice to have when I go traveling. Every hotel I go in, I hook up my phone and watch Netflix.

The sd card is the only thing that I would want. Not worried about the other

Even that isn't a big deal since you can store things on the cloud.

Been out since 1pm. I suggest hooking your iPhone up to Itunes so the process doesn't take as long.

So when I deactivate my Thunderbolt, will it still work as an android tablet with wifi? I ask because I lost my Roku remote and have an app on my Thunderbolt that runs the roku through wifi...when the 5 my service will end on the bolt, will it still be useful as a roku remote? I was going to sell it on ebay, but they are going for like 50 bucks

The device itself will still be fully functional, you just won't be able to use the phone functions.

You should buy an Apple product. Maybe you'd be more fun. ;)
