I've got two friends with the S3, and I've brought up the same argument. I asked them to give me two real life scenarios where I'd need to use that NFC feature. They draw a blank every time. The only thing that draws me to the S3 is the customization options for my notifications and apps. It's nice to be able to dictate when apps should be downloading in the background.

The person who replies needs to reply to the original sender. Not to the group.

As someone who will soon have this phone, I cannot see the huge benefit of this feature either. But I also am not getting the phone for that feature.

I laugh every time Ace and Gary touch phones to "share the playlist" on that commercial. The only way it would be better is if they were spooning whilst bumping phones.

Is that an option on the text or do they have to go out and create a new message for the sender?

Interesting...a smaller S3 would be sweet. The 4.8" screen is just too much for me. The rumored S4 with the 5" screen is overkill IMO.

You have to go out and create a new text. Yea a pain I know...but it's the only way to fix it (for iPhone. Can't speak for any other device).

I think my next phone will be the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

I love the Nexus line of phones, it has a beautiful 4.6" screen, and its already running Jellybean. Not to mention it's on sale for $49.99...

Yes, accuracy of the ad is not the point. Every time I see the car fly across the road, I lol.

Just got the 4s today. Funny how they're slashing the prices so much on that phone, got it for $50 and it's basically the same thing. Upgrade from that sh*tty Samsung piece I had. Idc what anyone says this is the best phone I've ever used by far, my Mom has the Droid Razr and was wowed by my phone. The connectivity is so nice and Apple has such a high class feel

Haha see my point about Apple as a marketing company. They could start collecting their employees turds, put the apple logo on them, and they would sell. And the customers would then think they have the best turds in the world, when really the janitors at Google take better shits.

My liking of the iPhone stemmed from the use of the iPod 2. I like the ease of iTunes. From there, I just kind of got used to using the Apple layout. (And obviously because it's high class feel too. :D )

I will say the text layout is MUCH better than my old flip phone.

I'm sure the Droids and Razors are excellent phones, and have had about 5 interactions with people who have the Samsung Galaxy... All of them mentioned they can't see themselves ever buying another type of phone as long as they stay relatively the same.

For me, it's more about preference.

To be fair my iphone 5 does "feel" a lot better than my evo. The evo was made of cheap plastic shit while the iphone is made from much sturdier aluminum.

Exactly. Instead both sides like to rip on each other for reasons that will never make sense to me.

Allegedly.

Also, isn't there somewhere online that is proof of our current president giving out free phones? Or was it someone talking about how our president gave ten a free phone.

Just what I heard.
