I would say the Chris Henry death impacted me more than when I hear a US marine has been killed in war. It really has nothing to do with my feelings towards war or any of that, just my general feelings.Tiernan wrote:Are you really THAT mentally impaired to believe that any US Marine killed in Afghanistan doesn't impact our entire country? And in any way shape or form try to compare one of their deaths with this bozo? I hope you never have to meet one of those Marine's families.ts1227 wrote:Your definition of "tragedy" doesn't truly impact anyone outside of that immediate family either, what are you trying to prove?Tiernan wrote: Not yet. But I'm sure they might like internet tough-guy J_Crazie to do a nice memorial laced with his usual F-bombs & standard "ass-clown" put down. Those of you using the word tragedy really need to look up the meaning of the word. Tragedy is when young 26 yr old Marines come home from Afghanistan draped in the US flag. This was nothing more than an unfortunate incident that truly impacts very few people outside the Henry family.
