There was a time when the build quality between Mac laptops and PCs wasn't too close, besides Lenovo IMO. If you haven't figured it out I love thinkpads.
But lately they the competition has stepped it up with better cases, hardware, etc. Asus is another brand that makes nice stuff. Even though they have gotten better, I still won't give props to Dell. F that company.

Both sides have stories like that. We have PCs and Macs (about 55 PCs, 15 Macs) that last 4-5 years and I only EOL them because of age. I believe my MBP was the last model to have an integrated graphics card.
And I know games aren't the best judge on overall performance, but my original statement was regarding that.
