That is one idea they are tinkering with after Houston moves next year. There are rumors that they may end up with just the AL and NL, and the top X amount of teams make the postseason. Balanced schedule and all.justincredible;1195529 wrote:I absolutely agree.

Seems like it had been talked about. It may not start that way at the beginning but I dont see why not. Balanced schedule gives the best snapshot of who are the better teams and not a victim, or beneficiary, of a tough or easy division.like_that;1195545 wrote:I hope they do. Why not continue the thread after the game is over and leads into the next? Winning series is the approach, albeit one game at a time.

I'd rather have one thread for the whole series. In my opinion it's easier to carry on discussions that overlap multiple games, and easier to follow for those just observing posts. I didn't know the number of threads contributed to profit, though. I suppose that changes things.
