You say this, but I don't see why. I think a lot of it is perception. OKC has a few guys, notably Perkins and Fisher, who are vets and have been key pieces on title winners in the past. Neither are what they were during those titles and quite frankly, neither have that much value. I actually think Collison and Cook are a bit underrated, but then you have Ibaka who always gets talked up for some reason and Harden who people had just assumed was in the league of Chris Bosh.
Then you have Miami, who everyone perceives as "the big 3" and a bunch of fillers. It got perpetuated by the media as the downfall for the Heat, after last year's Finals when it was exposed. Not this year. Haslem had a good bounce back year. Chalmers and Cole are both solid and improving. Battier, hate to say it, is one of those guys you just let play for what he can do. Miller was a wild card, always has been since coming to Miami, but otherwise Miami's "others" are undervalued.
